汽轮机轴瓦的浇铸质量直接影响汽轮机发电机组的安全稳定运行。利用渗透检测方法可以实现对轴瓦巴氏合金层承力面表面缺陷的检测,利用超声检测方法可以实现对合金层与瓦背结合面脱层缺陷的检测。对某大型核电厂汽轮机轴瓦合金层脱层缺陷采用纵波直探头检测,采用双晶纵波聚焦探头对检测结果进行了复测和验证,证明两种超声检测方法工艺流程合理,检测结果准确可靠。
The casting quality of the turbine bearing directly affects the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine generator set. Permeability testing can be used to detect the surface defects of the bearing surface of Babbitt alloy bearing. The ultrasonic testing method can detect the delamination defects of the alloy layer and the tileback. Longitudinal wave straight probe was used to detect the delamination defects of the alloy shell of the turbine of a large nuclear power plant. The double-crystal longitudinal wave focusing probe was used to retest and verify the test results. The results show that the two ultrasonic testing methods have reasonable process flow and the test results are accurate and reliable.
