腔内弹力环扎食管胃吻合术是一种新技术。1981年张毓德等首创。我院自1983年3月至1986年8月对36例食管下段癌、贲门癌患者实行了该种手术,现总结如下: 临床资料全组36例中,男25例,女11例。年龄41～69岁,平均55.5岁。其中贲门癌29例,食管下段癌7例,均为中晚期癌患者。病变均侵犯肌层并与周围组织粘连,且有不同程度的转移。患贲门癌者切除胃1/2～2/3,行主动脉弓下吻合。术后发热2～6天,平均4.8
Intraluminal elastic cerclage esophagogastrostomy is a new technique. In 1981, Zhang Yude and other pioneers.
