偏瘫多为中枢神经系统疾患所致,而由低血糖引起临床少见,现将2例报告如下。例1 女患,68岁。糖尿病史8年余。血糖一直波动在9.52～13.44,患者在家口服优降糖2.5mg,每日2次达3年之久。因意识不清、右侧肢体瘫痪1小时急诊入院。查体:T36.8,P74,Bp18.2/13.3,R22。呈昏迷状态,颈软,双侧瞳孔等大同圆,对光反射迟钝,压迫眶上孔右侧上下肢不能活动。双肺均
