我厂是有300名职工的小型企业,主要产品为工业和民用电路板。在设备管理工作中,我们通过实践体会到,象我们这样的小型厂应实行一级管理体制,即机电修人员直属厂动力设备科领导。此种管理体制的好处在于:①有利于加强设备的基础管理;②有利于维修更好地为生产服务;③有利于设备计划修理和三级保养的实行;④有利于保证设备修理质量,提高设备完好率;⑤有利于提高设备修理速度,降低设备故障停机率。
