目的了解2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯染毒对仔鼠的神经行为功能的影响。方法两代繁殖试验大鼠混饲法染毒,剂量为雌性大鼠0、19.80、80.56、339.49 mg/(kg.d),雄性大鼠0、18.41、73.74、306.61mg/(kg.d),仔鼠断乳后进行神经行为功能测试。结果 2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯各组间的避暗试验、穿梭箱试验、转棒试验、自主活动试验、洞板试验的结果差异均无统计学意义。结论在该实验的染毒时间和染毒剂量范围条件下,2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯对大鼠子代神经行为功能无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of ethyl 2- (4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate on neurobehavioral function in offspring. Methods Two generations of reproductive test rats mixed feeding method, the dose of female rats 0,19.80,80.56,339.49 mg / (kg.d), male rats 0,18.41,73.74,306.61mg / (kg.d) , The offspring of pups after neurobehavioral function test. Results The results of dark avoidance test, shuttle box test, rotarod test, autonomic activity test and hole plate test showed no significant differences among the groups of 2- (4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate. Conclusions Ethyl 2- (4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate has no significant effect on the neurobehavioral function of the offspring of rats in this experimental exposure time and exposure dose range.
