可编程调节器与计算机联网组成集散控制系统（ＤＣＳ），可以充分发挥两者的优势。以工业控制计算机４８６和可编程调节器ＲＥＸ－Ｆ９００为例，介绍了辊道窑温度控制系统的构成，联网的接线方法，可编程调节器通讯参数的设置，通讯的格式，计算机和可编程调节器之间发送／接收数据的程序清单，计算机软件编制和程序框图，操作方法和使用情况以及总结的结论。
