上海浦江电机厂建于1982年,现有职工200余人,厂房面积3000余平方米,有各类通用和专用机床设备60余台。目前我厂生产的电机种类有:Y系列、A_1系列、AO_2系列三相电机,BO_2、CO_2系列单相电机,DB系列、AYB系列三相电泵以及派生系列和特殊规格电机、电泵。我厂年生产能力为50,000台,约合35000kW左右,产品由上海市机电设备供应公司等经销,主要满足地方配套需要,并行销全国。我厂已经企业整顿验收合格,各项规章制度健全,经济责任制已从上至下明确到班组和个人,为确保产品质量,对关键原材料的选用实行定向采购和配套,均采用优质名牌产品。整个工艺流程质量管理网络健全,
Shanghai Pujiang Electric Motor Factory was built in 1982. It has more than 200 employees and a plant area of more than 3,000 square meters. There are more than 60 general and special machine tools. At present, the types of motors we produce are: Y series, A_1 series, AO_2 series three-phase motors, BO_2, CO_2 series single-phase motors, DB series, AYB series three-phase electric pumps, and derived series and special specifications motors and electric pumps. The annual production capacity of our factory is 50,000 units, which is about 35,000 kW or so. The products are distributed by the Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Supply Company, etc., which mainly meet the local matching needs and are sold in parallel to the country. Our factory has passed the inspection and acceptance of enterprises, and the rules and regulations are sound. The economic responsibility system has been clearly defined from the top down to the teams and individuals. In order to ensure product quality, we adopt targeted procurement and support for the selection of key raw materials, and adopt high-quality brand-name products. The entire process quality management network is sound.
