66只雄性成年小白鼠分组放入1℃冰箱中分别低温处理1天、1周、2周、3周和4周,另有21只小白鼠放在室温(约20℃)中作对照组.杀死后取甲状腺和肝脏作常规H·E·染色及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、糖元和RNA观察.实验结果表明低温处理后甲状腺和肝脏均出现变化,但以低温3周时各种变化最明显,如甲状腺滤泡内径减小,ACP和AKP含量几乎全部消失;肝脏ACP显著减少,RNA含量明显增加,肝糖元减少最明显,低温4周则有逐渐恢复趋势.
Sixty-six male adult mice were placed in a refrigerator at 1 ℃ for 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks, respectively.
