目的:探讨化浊颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠模型血脂及肝脏病理切片的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养8周建立非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠模型,随机分为5组,以罗格列酮0.36 mg.kg-1 ig作对照,观察化浊颗粒0.675,2.025 g.kg-1课题ig4周对大鼠体重、肝指数、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肝细胞脂肪变性的影响。结果:化浊颗粒组及罗格列酮组与模型组相比TG,TC均降低,且有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),化浊颗粒高剂量组和罗格列酮组治疗效果相似,明显优于化浊颗粒低剂量组。结论:化浊颗粒可降低非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠TG,TC,从而改善了非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠的血脂代谢异常和病理改变。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huazhuo granule on blood lipid and pathological sections of liver in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats. Methods: A rat model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was established after being fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. Rosiglitazone 0.36 mg.kg-1 ig was used as control to observe the effects of Huazhu particles 0.675, 2.025 g.kg -1 Subject ig 4 weeks on the body weight, liver index, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), hepatocellular steatosis. Results: Compared with model group, the levels of TG and TC in Huazhuo granule group and rosiglitazone group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). High-dose Huaxiu granule group and rosiglitazone group The treatment effect is similar, obviously superior to Huazhuo granules low dose group. CONCLUSION: Huazhuo Granules can reduce TG and TC in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease rats, so as to improve blood lipid metabolism and pathological changes in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease rats.
