锅炉运行性能的优劣在很大程度上取决于煤种性能,锅炉设计应按合同规定的燃煤特性进行。 燃煤特性用目前试验室常规分析方法已不能完全反映燃煤的特征。近10年来,国内外开发了多种分析新技术来研究煤在炉内的燃烧特性,用以预测燃烧工况。 用热失重分析法研究煤粉的热解过程及燃烧特性。在同一煤种中,其着火特性往往表现出分散性,不同煤种的燃烧特性则更不相同。热失重分析是将煤粉在温度程序控制下,测定在燃烧过程中的失重曲线,依此曲线来预测或比较各煤种的燃烧特性。
