用氨比色法测定脑脊液中腺苷脱氨酶(Adenosine deaminase ADA),以探讨其对结核性脑膜炎,化脓性脑膜炎,病毒性脑膜脑炎(以下简称结脑,化脑,病脑)的诊断和鉴别诊断的意义,现总结如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例选择 均属我院1993年~1995年的住院病人共54例,根据病史,临床症状,体征,胸片,OT试验,脑脊液(CSF)常规和生化以及临床治疗效果,并参照有关标准,诊断为结脑15例,男8例,女7例,年龄3个月~40岁,平均11.24±13.40岁;化脑7例,均男性,年龄2个月~30岁,平均5.86±5.29岁;病脑22例,男16例,女6例,年龄9个月~35岁,平均5.64±7.08岁,各组年龄上无显著差异(P>0.05)。
