在创建单腹板焊件三维模型的基础上,采用线性变换的方法对焊件中的焊缝缺陷进行了空间坐标转换,并构建了多腹板焊件的三维模型。创建了交互性良好的可视化界面,导入已提取的焊件缺陷空间位置数据,实现了多腹板焊件缺陷的空间位置可视化,并大大提高了缺陷可视化的效率。开发的可视化程序具有如下功能:焊件模型尺寸修改、模型自动生成、透明化调整、视角变换、自动旋转、任意位置观察、多腹板焊件正反面焊缝批量缺陷同时可视化等,为该类焊件无损检测及结构完整性评价奠定了良好的研究基础,也可为同类焊件内部缺陷的可视化提供有价值的参考,工程应用前景广阔。
Based on the three-dimensional model of single-web weldment, a linear transformation method was used to convert the weld defects in the weldment into spatial coordinates, and a three-dimensional model of multi-web weldment was constructed. A good interactive visual interface is created, the extracted position data of defects in weldment are imported, visualization of the spatial position of multi-web weldment defects is achieved, and the efficiency of visualization of defects is greatly improved. Development of the visualization program has the following functions: Weldment model size modification, automatic model generation, transparency adjustment, perspective transformation, automatic rotation, any position observation, multiple web welds front and back weld batch defects visualization, etc., for the class Weld non-destructive testing and structural integrity evaluation laid a good foundation for the study, but also for the visualization of similar defects within the weld to provide valuable reference, engineering application prospects.
