议会议系由苏联科学院和苏联医学科学院等单位组织,于1979年9月24日～26日在基辅举行。共提出报告142份,内容有:应用激光的医学观点、激光辅射与生物物质的相互作用、激光生物医学设备、安全技术和剂量测定。在一些综述中报导了激光在肿瘤科、外科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、皮肤科、矫形和创伤科等临床应用研究的结果,以及激光辐射与生物物质相互作用的资料。
The parliamentary meeting was organized by the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the Soviet Academy of Medical Sciences, and was held in Kiev from September 24th to 26th, 1979. A total of 142 copies of the report were submitted, covering the medical perspective of applying lasers, laser-assisted injection and interaction with biological substances, laser biomedical equipment, safety technology, and dosimetry. In some reviews, the results of clinical applications of lasers in oncology, surgery, otorhinolaryngology, stomatology, dermatology, orthopedics and traumatology were reported, as well as data on the interaction of laser radiation with biological substances.
