本文阐述了捕收剂在高分子选择性絮凝中的作用。在添加高分子絮凝剂之前,将捕收剂(氧化石蜡皂)与钛铁矿-长石悬浮体系预先调浆,与单独使用高分子絮凝剂相比,絮凝选择性大大提高。这可以初步归因于捕收剂选择性优先吸附于钛铁矿表面并形成钛铁矿的疏水性絮凝。随后添加的高分子絮凝剂吸附于钛铁矿表面剩余空位并与捕收剂分子进一步缔合,从而实现钛铁矿-长石的有效的选择性絮凝分选。
This article describes the role of collectors in the selective flocculation of polymers. Prior to the addition of the polymeric flocculant, the collector (oxidized paraffin soap) is pre-slurried with the ilmenite-feldspar suspension system, with much improved flocculation selectivity compared to the use of polymeric flocculants alone. This can be initially attributed to the hydrophobic flocculation of the collector preferentially adsorbed on the surface of ilmenite and forming ilmenite. Subsequent addition of polymer flocculant adsorbed on the surface of ilmenite remaining vacancies and further association with the collector molecules in order to achieve effective ilmenite - feldspar flocculation sorting.
