研究了在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,Eu-DBM-TOPO三元配合物在水溶液中进行荧光分析的应用条件。在 pH 7.6~9.3 NH_4Ac 缓冲介质中,配合物的最大特征荧光发射波长为617nm。铕在20×10~(-12)~110×10~(-9)有良好的线性关系。检出下限可达2×10~(-12),并可允许大量共存离子存在。用于纯度为99.99%的氧化钆中痕量铕的测定,结果满意。
The conditions for the fluorescence analysis of Eu-DBM-TOPO ternary complexes in aqueous solution were studied in the presence of non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100. In the pH 7.6 ~ 9.3 NH 4 Ac buffer medium, the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of the complex is 617 nm. Eu has a good linear relationship between 20 × 10 ~ (-12) ~ 110 × 10 ~ (-9). Detection limit of up to 2 × 10 ~ (-12), and can allow a large number of coexistent ions exist. The results were satisfactory for the determination of trace europium in gadolinium oxide with a purity of 99.99%.
