[目的]为今后中华微蛾的防治提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用愈创木酚法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定中华微蛾为害杏树前后新梢、果实、叶片、枝条中的过氧化物酶活性,比较同工酶酶谱。[结果]为害前后,杏树过氧化物酶同工酶谱在酶带数、迁移率、酶量及酶活性等方面均存在相似性,但有一定的差异。[结论]为害前后,杏树过氧化物酶酶谱发生一定的变化,酶活性降低。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Chinese moth in the future. [Method] The activities of peroxidase in shoots, fruits, leaves and shoots of Apocynum before and after apricot were determined by using guaiacol method and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The isozyme patterns were compared. [Result] The peroxidase isozymes of apricot had similarities in the number of bands, mobility, enzyme amount and enzyme activity before and after injury, but there were some differences. [Conclusion] The changes of peroxidase zymogram of apricot before and after damage had some changes, and the enzyme activity decreased.
