南瓜,在我国有着悠久的种植历史,资源十分丰富。近年来,国内外医学界发现南瓜能治疗糖尿病、高血压、肝炎、肾炎等多种疾病,已被世界公认为特效保健产品。南瓜还可开发南瓜粉、南瓜干、南瓜晶、南瓜酱、南瓜果冻等多种食品。因此,发展南瓜制品,前景十分广阔。目前,世界发达国家消耗南瓜粉主要依靠进口,日本、香港、西欧等市场经常脱销。因此,将我国南瓜加工成南瓜粉是一条为国创汇的致富路。加工南瓜粉的工艺过程有以下几项。一、处理:选择瓜皮较硬,成熟度好,肉质呈桔红色的瓜洗净、去蒂、去皮、去籽。二、切丝:处理
