目的:了解江苏省食源性疾病的现状和发病规律。方法:采用电话调查方法,对社区人群食源性疾病进行主动监测。结果:受调查人1个月内出现食源性疾病症状的占3.0%,发病病人当中只有52.7%去医院就诊;发病原因中,不明原因引起的占36.4%,果蔬类食物不洁引起的占20.0%。结论:食源性疾病的危害未能引起足够重视,应加强对食源性疾病预防知识的宣教。
Objective: To understand the current situation and incidence of foodborne diseases in Jiangsu Province. Methods: Using telephone survey method, the community-based foodborne diseases were actively monitored. Results: Within one month, the respondents accounted for 3.0% of the symptoms of food-borne diseases and only 52.7% of the patients went to the hospital for medical treatment. Among the causes, 36.4% were caused by unknown causes, 20.0%. Conclusion: The harm of foodborne diseases has not been given enough attention. It is necessary to strengthen the missionary knowledge of foodborne disease prevention.
