目的:建立动物条件性位置偏爱实验的计算机自动分析系统。方法:以VB.NET作为开发工具,利用视频跟踪技术与图像处理技术自动获取小鼠在实验箱中的活动情况并将其存储成一定格式的图像,经二值化处理确定其特征区域后.经质心计算.自动提取出动物的运动轨迹。在此基础上,自动分析出平均路程、停留时间、出现次数等行为学指标。结果:采用吗啡依赖模型空白对照及吗啡依赖动物自身对照方法,建立小鼠的条件性位置偏爱实验,用本系统进行测试,小鼠在白箱出现的次数、运动轨迹、停留时间均高于黑箱,说明小鼠对伴药箱表现出了明显的条件依赖性现象。结论:该系统性能稳定可靠,用户界面操作简捷,可应用于实际研究中。
Objective: To establish a computerized automatic analysis system for animal conditioned place preference experiments. Methods: Using VB.NET as a development tool, the video tracking technology and image processing technology were used to automatically obtain the mouse activity in the experimental box and store it into a format of the image, after the binarization process to determine its characteristic area. Calculated by the center of mass, automatically extract the animal’s trajectory. On this basis, behavioral indexes such as average distance, stay time and number of appearances are automatically analyzed. Results: The morphine-dependent model blank control and morphine-dependent animal self-control method were used to establish the conditioned place preference test in mice. Using this system, the number of mouse appearances in white box, motion locus and stay time were all higher than those in black box , Indicating that the mouse with the kit showed a clear condition-dependent phenomenon. Conclusion: The system is stable and reliable, the user interface is simple and can be applied in practical research.
