我院于1981年3月为华生电扇四分厂设计了一幢生产大楼。大楼位于闸北交通路光新路附近,北面靠沪宁铁路干线。生产大楼柱网尺寸为(10m+5m+10m)×(12×6m),层高为9.9m+5.7m+5.7m+6m。生产大楼楼层活荷载各为1t/m~2,地面堆载为2t/m~2。地质情况:-1.3m以上为填土,-1.3m~-3m为褐黄色亚粘土,-3m~-25m为淤泥质亚粘土。由于厂房跨度较大、荷载重,持力层地耐力为10t/m~2,无法采用浅基础方案,因而采用桩基方案(桩断面为0.45m×0.45m,长度为24m)。在厂房底层设二条长约60m、埋深为-2.8m~
In March 1981, our hospital designed a production building for the Watson fan quadrant. The building is located near Guangxin Road, Zhabei Traffic Road, and the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway on the north. The grid size of the production building is (10m+5m+10m)×(12×6m), and the floor height is 9.9m+5.7m+5.7m+6m. The live load on the floor of the production building is 1t/m~2, and the ground load is 2t/m~2. Geological conditions: -1.3m or more for filling, -1.3m - -3m for brownish yellow sub-clay, -3m - -25m for muddy sub-clay. Due to the large plant span and heavy load, the bearing capacity of the bearing stratum is 10t/m~2, and the shallow foundation scheme cannot be adopted. Therefore, the pile foundation scheme is adopted (the section of the pile is 0.45m x 0.45m and the length is 24m). Two lengths of about 60m and a depth of -2.8m are set at the bottom of the plant
