中国邮政集团公司的成立,拉开了邮政公司化转型的序幕。而企业的转型必将对干部职工的思想观念形成冲击,同时也将对企业人力资源管理的水平提出考验。如何着眼邮政公司化的新形势与新要求,进行企业人力资源的规划,加强人力资源的开发与管理,积极“备战”企业转型,将是集团公司今后的一个工作重点。本刊专访了集团公司人力资源部总经理柯岩,请她为我们介绍一下集团公司在人力资源管理方面的总体思路。
