中药苦参系豆科植物苦参(Sophora fiavesc-ens Ait)的干燥根,具有多方面的药理作用和临床用途。我们对郯南药厂生产的苦参注射液(含苦参总碱以氧化苦参碱计算不少于10mg/ml)进行了毒性实验研究。一、急性毒性试验在预试验的基础上,选取19~22g健康小鼠50只,雌雄各半。按性别、体重随机分组,均分为五组,每组10只。高低剂量组比值(r)为1:0.75。将各剂量用0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释至0.5ml,尾静脉给药,注射速度为0.1ml/sec。室温20℃±2℃。给药后观察72hr,记录各组动物死亡数。按简化机率单位法统计,测得其半数致死
Traditional Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens is a dry root of Sophora fiavesc-ens Ait. It has many pharmacological effects and clinical applications.
