竞争力信条吸引了一大批崇拜者和追随者,但区域竞争力的含义却十分复杂且存在许多争议。在充分论证区域竞争力分析框架可行性的基础上,该文以要素禀赋体系为出发点,潜在效益的释放为一个理论支点,集聚经济效益为间接传递机制,把产业层面上的竞争优势和国家层面上的比较优势结合起来,构建一个关于区域竞争力的分析框架。这个分析框架可为深入全面地认识区域竞争力并制定合理的区域经济政策提供一个视角。
Competitive credo attracts a large number of admirers and followers, but the meaning of regional competitiveness is very complicated and there are many controversies. On the basis of fully demonstrating the feasibility of the regional competitiveness analysis framework, this paper takes the factor endowment system as a starting point, the release of potential benefits as a theoretical fulcrum, and the agglomeration economic benefits as an indirect transfer mechanism. The industrial competitive advantage and the national level On the comparative advantage of combining together to build an analysis of regional competitiveness framework. This analytical framework can provide a perspective for a thorough and comprehensive understanding of regional competitiveness and for formulating sound regional economic policies.
