铸件中直径30毫米以下、长度是直径10倍以上的细长孔,特别是厚壁铸钢件中细长孔的铸造,常因制芯材料的性能所限而无法铸造。用粘土砂、各种油砂制芯均不能解决这个问题。国内有的厂应用呋喃树脂砂在薄壁铸钢件中已铸出了直径25毫米,长300毫米左右的孔[1],但这种方法仍不能解决厚壁铸件中细长孔的铸造问题。我们观察了一些具有细长铸孔的进口备件,这些铸孔几何形状规整、内表面非常光洁。我们分析国外铸造厚壁件上的细长孔可能采用了特殊的制芯材料。
