阐述了扭板节流静压支承的特点,并在流体力学和静压支承理论基础上,建立了该支承的数学模型。定量地分析了系统参数对支承的稳定性和幅-频特性的影响,并在试验台上对理论分析结果进行了实验验证。
The characteristics of torsional plate throttling hydrostatic support are expounded. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and hydrostatic support, a mathematical model of the bearing is established. The influence of system parameters on the stability and amplitude-frequency characteristics of support is analyzed quantitatively. The theoretical analysis results are verified by experiments.
