随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,在银行融资渠道之外,民间借贷融资方式正如雨后春笋般大量涌现,这种融资方式虽然能够满足短期内对资金的需求,但是这类融资方式纠纷的日渐增多也成为了制约其发展的瓶颈。本文从民间借贷纠纷日益增多的现状出发,分析了民间借贷纠纷激增的原因,进而对如何有效化解此类纠纷提出了相关对策。 With the continuous improvement of the level of China’s economic development, non-bank financing channels have sprung up like mushrooms.
