新生儿窒息有关因素与中枢神经系统损害的关系,文献讨论较少。本文就我院儿科收治的69例新生儿窒息有关因素与近期中枢神经系统损害的关系分析报告如下。临床资料男43例,女26例,男/女=1.65/1。出生后24小时内入院53例(76.8%),1~3天11例(15.9%),<3天5例(7.3%),本院产科婴儿室转入49例(71.0%),门诊收治20例(29.0%)。城市51例(73.9%),农村18例(26.1%)。足月产51例(73.9%),早产14例(20.3%),过期产4例(5.8%)。体重>2,500g51例(73.7%),1,500~2,499g12例(17.4%)。
