膨胀剂的膨胀效能受到诸多因素的影响,比如环境温度、湿度、混凝土胶凝材料构成及混凝土强度发展速率等,膨胀剂在使用过程中有其最佳应用条件。本文着重探究养护温度对膨胀剂在混凝土限制膨胀率的影响规律。研究结果表明:养护温度越高,膨胀剂的膨胀效能发挥越早,但过高的早期强度会抑制膨胀的发展,过大的早期膨胀会影响强度后续的增长,只有强度和膨胀相互协调发展时,膨胀剂才能发挥出应有的补偿收缩作用。
