检测肝硬变和肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中Bax基因产物及P53蛋白的表达并分析其间的关系.方法:免疫组织化学SABC法.结果:Bax蛋白定位于细胞浆中,P53蛋白定位于细胞核或(和)细胞浆中.Bax蛋白在肝硬变中和HCC中表达阳性率分别为96.2%和50%(P<0.01),P53蛋白在两者中的表达率分别为3.8%和30.9%(P<0.01).Bax和P53蛋白在肝硬变和HCC中的表达均有明显差异.结论:Bax表达减少或缺失和p53基因突变均与HCC的发生有关,但两者表达之间不一定存在依存关系.
Detection of Bax gene product and P53 protein expression in liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and analysis of the relationship between them. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method. Results: The Bax protein was localized in the cytoplasm and the P53 protein was localized in the nucleus or (and) cytoplasm. The positive rate of Bax protein expression in liver cirrhosis and HCC was 96.2% and 50%, respectively (P<0.01), and the expression rate of P53 protein in both was 3.8% and 30.9% respectively. (P<0.01). The expression of Bax and P53 protein in liver cirrhosis and HCC were significantly different. Conclusion: The decrease or deletion of Bax expression and p53 gene mutation are related to the occurrence of HCC, but there is not necessarily a dependency between the two expressions.
