根据环氧丙烯酸酯的不饱和碳碳双键易受紫外激发发生自由基聚合这一原理,尝试将环氧丙烯酸酯用作纸张增湿强剂。合成了水溶性环氧丙烯酸酯(EB),借助FT-IR对其表面结构进行表征,并就其对造纸湿部性能及纸页湿强度的影响进行探讨。结果表明,EB在阳离子助留剂的协同作用下可以很好地附着在纤维上。对于35°SR的针叶木漂白浆,加入3.0%的EB经紫外熟化,纸页湿强保留率可以达到17.80%,与空白样比较提高了203.8%。
Based on the principle that unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds of epoxy acrylate are susceptible to radical polymerization by UV excitation, epoxy acrylate is tried to be used as a paper wetting strength agent. The water-soluble epoxy acrylate (EB) was synthesized and its surface structure was characterized by means of FT-IR. The influence of wet-end properties and wet strength of paper sheets was also discussed. The results show that EB can be well attached to the fibers under the synergistic effect of cationic retention aids. For the 35 ° SR softwood bleached pulp, addition of 3.0% EB by ultraviolet curing, paper wet strength retention rate can reach 17.80%, compared with the blank sample increased by 203.8%.
