通过建立1:4的水模型,对不同工艺条件下影响RH精炼钢水混匀时间的因素分析。通过试验,吹氩量、真空室压力、吹气孔堵塞程度、浸渍管浸入深度和内径对钢水混匀时间的影响非常明显。结果表明:环流吹氩量控制在1 500~2 000 L/min、真空室压力轻处理67×10-4~266×10-4MPa本处理2.66×10-4MPa、减少吹气孔堵塞个数、浸渍管浸入深度560 mm、浸渍管内径为750 mm,有效降低了钢水在RH精炼钢包的混匀时间。
Through the establishment of a 1: 4 water model, the factors influencing the mixing time of RH refining molten steel under different process conditions were analyzed. Through the test, the amount of argon blown, the pressure in the vacuum chamber, the degree of blockage of the blow holes, the immersion depth and the inner diameter of the immersion tube have a significant influence on the mixing time of the molten steel. The results show that the amount of argon blowing in the circulation is controlled at 1 500-2 000 L / min and the pressure in the vacuum chamber is lightly treated at 67 × 10 -4 -266 × 10 -4 MPa. The treatment volume is 2.66 × 10 -4 MPa, Tube immersion depth of 560 mm, dip tube diameter of 750 mm, effectively reducing the mixing time of molten steel RH refining ladle.
