本文通过光波导传感器实现了对水溶液中二甲胺的快速检测。以溴百里酚蓝(BTB)为敏感试剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解后生成的具有网状结构的SiO_2凝胶为支撑材料,制成溴百里酚蓝嵌入SiO_2凝胶膜/K+交换玻璃光波导敏感元件(TEOS-BTB)。利用该敏感元件检测水溶液中的胺类物质,同时优化敏感元件的制备条件。实验结果表明,室温下,该敏感元件对水溶液中的二甲胺具有较高的灵敏度,检测限(信噪比S/N=6.5)为0.4 mg/m~3,响应时间为8 s,恢复时间为17 s。在0.4~110 mg/m3质量浓度范围内,浓度和输出光强度的对数值有良好的线性关系(R=0.98)。
In this paper, the rapid detection of dimethylamine in aqueous solution has been realized by optical waveguide sensor. With bromothymol blue (BTB) as the sensitive reagent, TEOS-hydrolyzed SiO2 gel with network structure was used as the support material to make bromothymol blue embedded in SiO 2 gel film / K + Switched Glass Optical Waveguide Sensing Element (TEOS-BTB). The sensing element is used to detect the amines in the aqueous solution while optimizing the preparation conditions of the sensitive components. The experimental results show that the sensor has high sensitivity to dimethylamine in aqueous solution at room temperature, the detection limit (S / N = 6.5) is 0.4 mg / m ~ 3, response time is 8 s, recovery The time is 17 seconds.
