本文考释了《滇省夷人图说·滇省舆地图说》的成书过程,对《滇省舆地图说》所绘云南广南、开化、临安三府与越南的边界状况、历史变迁作了阐述。通过对“图说”的解读,梳理了云贵总督伯麟的边防策略,认为以静制动,通过军事的威慑来控制边疆内外;以流官管理土官,重视边地流官的遴选,任用清正廉洁的官员,争取民心;采取营兵与土练结合的部署,是嘉庆时滇越边防的主要策略。
This paper examines the process of making the book “The Legend of Yilian Yunnan Province and the Map of Yunnan Province” and expounds the status and historical changes of the boundaries of Guangnan, Kaihua, Lin’an and Vietnam in the Map of Yunnan Province and Yunnan Province .
