含8种必需氨基酸的食品营养价值一定高 不一定。其实8种人体必需氨基酸几乎在任何食物中都存在,一片菜叶、一粒米均含有8种必需氨基酸,问题是要看食品中必需氨基酸的含量和比例。如果某一食品的必需氨基酸含量丰富,而且比例接近理想蛋白质必需氨基酸模式,则其营养价值高。如果含量虽高,组成比例不合理,则其营养价值也不会高。
The nutritional value of foods containing 8 kinds of essential amino acids must not be high.
