目的探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关因素。方法回顾分析140例患者的临床资料。结果经统计学分析:两组在观察项目中构成比进行比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论在进展性缺血性脑卒中危险因素中,高血压、高血糖、高血脂、及高纤维蛋白原,占据着重要的位置,通过对本组病例的相关因素分析,我们在治疗脑卒中患者中应重视相关的病史,及早对疾病发展趋势能够充分了解,积极控制高危因素,以防进展性缺血性脑卒中的发生发展。
Objective To explore the related factors of progressive ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 140 patients were retrospectively analyzed.
