牙齿旋转移动组织学表现在其特殊性。本实验用家犬16只旋转移动上颌第二切牙,应用力偶矩为550g.mm。分别手术后3、7、14、21、28天处死取材。组织学观察发现,牙齿扭转有特征性的表现如下:牙周膜紊乱,随着加力时间的延长,紊乱加剧;牙周膜嵴上纤维紧张、绞扭;压迫下边的牙槽嵴,发生骨质吸收,提示能使牙周支持组织附着减少;牙周膜内也发生透明性变和潜掘式骨吸收,骨组织改建范围广泛,常涉及邻牙,引起骨组织改建和牙位移动,故临床上必须引起注意加以防止。
