列方程解应用题历来是初中代数教学的难点之一,可就其地位而言,它却是整个初等代数应用的出发点,是开拓学生智力,培养其良好的数学思维品质的关键环节,但教学效果总不够理想。据统计,历年以来,我校列方程解应用题的单项考核,学生掌握其要领的始终没有超过70％。在当前全面启动教育现代化工程,全面实施素质教育的主旋律中,来研究、探讨一下如何整体提高学生列方程解应用题的能力,不会没有其意义。笔者认为,要整体提高学生列方程解应用题的能力,应从以下几方面着手。 1 培养方程解题的兴趣,引导学生自觉地从算术向方程过渡
