目前很多城市在宜居城市的建设过程中,对于公共空间的建设都存在缺乏中小型公共空间,没有均衡分布空间和等级等问题。目前国外的很多城市在建设宜居城市时都采用私有公共空间的方式来弥补公共空间的缺乏,这是一种空间开发的新思路,我国城市在建设宜居城市的过程中可以借鉴,可以把城市公共空间规划建设为小、中、大型的公共空间的新型建设体系;对私有公共空间制定相应的政策,加强管理,使私有空间的效用可以最大程度的发挥。
