学龄前儿童免疫接种对预防传染病有积极作用。近年来,随着外来入沪人员增多,流动儿童迁移造成的免疫空白、学龄前儿童家长对免疫接种认识不足带来的接种风险对社区预防接种工作形成挑战。学龄前儿童家长缺乏正确的预防接种意识与是否接受预防接种知识宣教有关。为帮助辖区内学龄前儿童家长树立正确的免疫接种意识,提高他们的接种依从性,我们借助社区信息服务平台(简称“平台”)途径提供免疫接种知识,收到一定效果。 Pre-school immunization has a positive effect on the prevention of infectious diseases. In recent years, with the increase of foreign personnel entering Shanghai and the immunization blanket caused by the migration of migrant children, the risk of vaccination caused by the lack of understanding of immunization among parents of preschool children has challenged community vaccination work. Preschool-age parents lack proper awareness of vaccination and whether to accept vaccination knowledge and education. In order to help parents of pre-school children within their jurisdiction to establish a correct awareness of immunization and enhance their compliance with vaccination, we have provided some results through the provision of community immunization services through the Community Information Service Platform (“Platform”).
