本文介绍了QY300NDG型调速器的补偿系统和恒功调节系统的设计和性能特点。与原QJY型相比,新型调速器结构有不少改进,如:补偿系统中采用了空气缓冲腔和对置补偿弹簧,提高了输入响应性能;油路中设置了机油滤清器;在功调系统中,在功调联合杠杆上引入了一套牵引功率靠模板装置,使牵引功率可以非线性地变化等。这些改进使QY300NDG调速器的性能明显地优于QJY型。
This article describes the QY300NDG governor compensation system and constant power regulation system design and performance characteristics. Compared with the original QJY type, the structure of the new governor has many improvements, such as: the compensation system uses an air buffer chamber and the opposite compensation spring to improve the input response performance; set oil filter in the oil; at In the tone system, a set of traction power is introduced on the power adjustment joint lever to make the traction power change nonlinearly.
