我院自1985年始对脑血管意外(CVA)恢复期患者100例进行中西医结合的康复医疗。100例中脑出血后28例,脑梗塞后72例;年龄40～76岁,男性84例,女性16例。入院时距发病半年以内50例,0.5～1年12例,1年以上38例。脑出血灶在大脑左侧12例,右侧15例,双侧1例。脑梗塞灶在大脑左侧27例,右侧36例,双侧9例。脑出血后有肌力减退27例,其中肌力0～Ⅲ级20例,Ⅳ～Ⅴ级7例;肌张力增高25例;腱反射亢进21例;感觉减退20例;颅神经损害第Ⅶ对18例,第Ⅻ对14例;失语7例;构音障碍3例;精神、智力障碍各1例。脑梗塞后肌力减退71例,其中肌力0～Ⅲ级35例,Ⅳ～Ⅴ级36例;肌张力增高27例;腱反射亢进50例,感觉减退20例;颅神经损害第Ⅶ对35例,第Ⅻ对29例;失语2例;构音障碍18例;精神障碍3例,智力障碍2例。康复治疗方法主要有针刺、按即、休疗、理疗、作业治疗、语言矫正并辅以中西药物。各种治疗1日或隔日一次,15次为1疗程,休息3～5日后重复。平均康复治疗3个月。
Since 1985, our hospital began to carry out the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the recovery of 100 patients with cerebrovascular accident (CVA). After intracerebral hemorrhage, there were 27 cases of muscle weakness, including 20 cases of 0 ~ Ⅲ grade muscle strength and 7 cases of Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ grade; 25 cases of increased muscle tone; 21 cases of tendon hyperreflexia; 20 cases of sensory loss; 18 cases, the first Ⅻ on 14 cases; aphasia in 7 cases; 3 cases of dysarthria; mental, mental retardation in 1 case. 71 cases of decreased muscle strength after cerebral infarction, of which 35 cases of muscle strength 0 ~ Ⅲ grade, Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ 36 cases; increased muscle tone in 27 cases; 50 cases of tendon hyperreflexia, sensory loss in 20 cases; cranial nerve injury VII Cases, the first Ⅻ on 29 cases; aphasia in 2 cases; dysarthria in 18 cases; mental disorders in 3 cases, mental retardation in 2 cases. Rehabilitation methods are mainly acupuncture, press that, Hugh, physiotherapy, homework, language correction and supplemented by Chinese and Western medicines. A variety of treatments on the 1st or every other day, 15 times for a course of treatment, rest 3 to 5 days after the repeat. The average rehabilitation treatment for 3 months.
