针对5A90铝锂合金在室温下力学性能差而导致其成形复杂零件困难的问题,通过电塑性拉伸、电塑性折弯实验,研究电塑性效应对5A90铝锂合金折弯性能的影响。结果表明,在电塑性作用下,5A90铝锂合金的延伸率明显提高,折弯成形性能变好,且电流越大,折弯性能提高的效果越明显。同时探究了电塑性折弯的相关机理。
Aimed at the poor mechanical properties of 5A90 Al-Li alloy at room temperature, which resulted in the difficulty of forming complex parts, the effect of electroplating effect on the bending properties of 5A90 Al-Li alloy was studied by means of electroplating and electroplating. The results show that under the action of electroplating, the elongation of 5A90 Al-Li alloy is obviously improved, the bending formability becomes better, and the greater the current, the more obvious the effect of bending performance. In the meantime, the related mechanism of electro-plastic bending is explored.
