从学术质量的角度来衡量,学术性强、知名度高的公安学术期刊屈指可数。主要原因在于大多数公安学术期刊缺乏创新精神,为参与各种评比和被各种数据库所转载,盲目追随法学期刊的发展路径,逐渐失去了自己的个性特色。公安学术期刊只有在学术创新与论文质量上下工夫,重视刊物个性特色的形成,提升刊物的学术品味和学术档次,才能走出困境,办出特色。
From the academic quality point of view, academic, high profile public security academic journals are few. The main reason is that most public security academic journals lack the spirit of innovation and gradually lose their individual characteristics for participating in various competitions and being reprinted by various databases and blindly following the development path of legal journals. Public security academic journals can only get out of their predicament and make distinctions if they pay more attention to the academic innovation and the quality of the essay, attach importance to the formation of the individual characteristics of the journal, and enhance the academic taste and academic quality of the journal.
