目前我国市政工程、国防施工、设备安装等使用的破碎设备,一般都是气动破碎机,破碎效率低,动力消耗大,钎杆使用寿命短。为了改变上述落后状况,我们在参考国外液压破碎机的基础上,研制了PPSY6型手持式液压冲击破碎机和CYD25D型电动液压动力车配套设备(也可同CYD25N型内燃液压动力车配套)。该配套设备工作稳定可靠,在厚度300~500mm的混凝土地面及基础上进行破碎,与G10型气镐相比,破碎效率可提高一倍以上,而能源消耗降低50%左右。该产品(见图1)结构可靠,性能稳定,使用方便,与G10型气镐相比,噪声低,不污染环境,主要性能指标达到了国外80年代同类产
At present, the crushing equipment used in China’s municipal engineering, national defense construction, and equipment installation are generally pneumatic crushers, which have low crushing efficiency, large power consumption, and short service life of the drill rod. In order to change the above-mentioned backward situation, we have developed the PPSY6 hand-held hydraulic impact crusher and the CYD25D electric hydraulic power car auxiliary equipment (also supporting the CYD25N type internal combustion hydraulic power car) on the basis of reference to foreign hydraulic crushers. The equipment is stable and reliable, and it is broken on concrete ground and foundation with a thickness of 300-500mm. Compared with the G10-type pneumatic pick, the crushing efficiency can be more than doubled, and the energy consumption can be reduced by about 50%. The product (see Figure 1) has a reliable structure, stable performance, and easy to use. Compared with the G10-type pneumatic pick, it has low noise and does not pollute the environment. Its main performance indicators have reached the same level in the 1980s.
