文章对国内外主要职业教育人才培养模式及模式研究和国内外高职院校旅游人才培养模式进行了较为广泛的研究。指出国外职业教育人才培养模式对我国高职教育人才培养模式有一定借鉴意义,国外关于旅游教育研究和旅游人才培养方面的研究值得借鉴的地方很多,特别指出了CBE/DACUM课程模式在我国进行了试点,并取得了一些有益的启示。 The article has carried on a more extensive research on the mode and mode of personnel training in major vocational education both at home and abroad and on the model of tourism personnel training at home and abroad. It is pointed out that foreign vocational education personnel training mode has certain reference value to the training model of higher vocational education in our country. There are many foreign studies on tourism education research and tourism personnel training, which points out that the CBE / DACUM course mode has been carried out in our country Pilot, and made some helpful inspiration.
