目的对比HIFU与HIFU联合MTX治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的治疗效果。方法选择54例患者为研究对象,将其分成HIFU组和联合组,观察两组血HCG恢复时间、平均住院时间及病灶大小等情况,并进行随访。结果联合组治疗后血HCG恢复时间、平均住院时间及病灶大小等与HIFU组比较,差异明显,P<0.05。结论联合应用HIFU、MTX可以保留器官完整性,有效性好,创伤小,值得推广应用。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of HIFU and HIFU combined with MTX in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Fifty-four patients were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups: HIFU group and combined group. The recovery time of HCG, average length of stay and size of lesions in both groups were observed and followed up. Results Compared with HIFU group, the recovery time of HCG, average length of hospital stay and size of lesions in the combined group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined use of HIFU, MTX can retain the integrity of the organ, effective, less trauma, it is worth promoting.
