《小学语文教学大纲》指出:小学语文教学的目的,是指导学生正确地理解和运用祖国的语言文字,使学生具有初步的听说读写能力。实践证明:运用电教手段,是提高学生读写能力的有效手段。一、应用电教手段,提高学生的阅读能力培养学生的阅读能力,必须从理解课文内容入手。由于有的课文内容远离学生的生活实际,仅靠老师的讲解、点拨,学生是很难理解的。若利用电教,把内容通过音像展现出来,让学生或看或听,理解起来便容易得多了。如在讲解《草原》一课时,用录像资料把文中的“一碧千里而并不茫茫”、那些小丘的线条那么柔美,就像用绿色渲染,不用墨线勾勒的中国
