一九七八年九月,我们省常中物理教研组初三备课组建立并开始了工作。我们组五个同志中,有的是一直教高中的同志,有的原来是学其他专业的同志,有的是教了十多年书的中年教师,也有的是刚走上教育工作岗位的青年教师。我们所教的十四个班级中有四个班级基础较好,有五个班级基础一般,有四个班级基础较差,还有一个很差的班。这些学生水平不一,差距较大,这一年中使用的省编教材第三、四册已经是高一的内容,但系统性、连贯性较差,有一定难度。根据教师、教材、学生的实际情况,我们感到必须加强集体备课,以充分发挥集体智慧,提高教学质量。
In September 1978, the junior and junior course preparation group of the Changzhong Physics Teaching and Research Group of our province established and started work. Among the five comrades in our group, some have always taught high school comrades, some of them are comrades who have studied other majors, some are middle-aged teachers who have taught books for more than a decade, and some are young teachers who have just embarked on education jobs. Of the fourteen classes we teach, four have a good foundation, five have a basic basis, four have a poor foundation, and a poor class. The level of these students is not the same, and there is a big gap. The third and fourth volumes of the provincial textbooks used in the year are already high grades, but they are less systematic and coherent and have certain difficulties. According to the actual situation of teachers, teaching materials, and students, we feel that we must strengthen collective lesson preparation in order to give full play to collective wisdom and improve teaching quality.
