这是我童年时的一个真实故事。某次期中考试后的一天,我和妈妈与一位好朋友小丽及她的妈妈在路上相遇。由于我成绩优异,妈妈炫耀地问:“你家小丽这次考得怎么样呀?”小丽成绩向来平平,妈妈这样问纯属是对别人的折磨。只听那个阿姨不好意思地说:“她总是考不好!”我看着小丽脸上青一阵,紫一阵,心里非常难过。回到家我对妈妈说:“下次别拿我和任何人比!”现在想来,虽然那时自己幼小,但作为当事人能真切地体会这种事对孩子心灵的折磨。陶行知思想告诉我们:教学做要合一。我们要在实践中不断进行反思。教育心理学研究表明:人的智力因素并不是教育成功的唯一标准,非智力和情感因素起着不可忽略的作用。教师在课堂上引入竞争机制,培养竞争习惯,既为学生创造了展示自我的机会,
