目的 :探讨中药增骨丸对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型松质骨骨量及生物力学性能的影响。方法 :将32只 8月龄 Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照组 ,模型组 ,乙烯雌酚组及中药组。每组 8只。正常组仅切除一段肠系膜 ,其余 3组做卵巢切除术。术后一周开始给药 ,连续用药 90天后处死 ,取出第 3腰椎 ( L3) ,测量分析其材料力学参数和结构力学参数。结果 :中药组能明显提高去势大鼠腰椎骨的骨量和生物力学参数 ,提高其抗压生物力学性能。结论 :中药增骨丸对绝经后骨质疏松有较好的防治作用。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Chinese herb Zenggu Pill on the bone mass and biomechanical properties of cancellous bone in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Thirty-two Wistar female rats aged 8 months were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, ethylene estradiol group and traditional Chinese medicine group. 8 in each group. In the normal group, only one mesentery was removed and the remaining three groups were subjected to ovariectomy. One week after the start of drug administration, 90 days after continuous drug administration, the 3rd lumbar vertebrae (L3) were removed and their mechanical parameters and structural mechanical parameters were measured and analyzed. Results: The Chinese medicine group can significantly increase the bone mass and biomechanical parameters of the lumbar vertebrae of ovariectomized rats, and improve their biocompressive properties. Conclusion : Chinese medicine Zenggu Pill has a good preventive effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis.
